Isha founded Bloon Toys in 2018 to facilitate intuitive open ended play. She is a mathematician and a MBA by training. On a sabbatical from the corporate world, she began teaching at a local government school. During this time, she noticed the power of self-direction on learning, and the beauty of “play” in facilitating it. A design team consisting of K Rijesh, Shalini Susheel, Shruti Venat and Ishani Kuwar from Bloon Toys will work with Isha on the AFP project.
Anushritha Suil is an Indian human-centered designer and architect specializing in social innovation, community urbanism, and urban ecology. She is currently working at Social Design Collaborative, New Delhi, designing for pedagogy in Anganwadis across the city. Her award-winning thesis project, Design Toolkit for EMbodied Learning in Classroom, earned the Best Student Design Award at NYC x Design Week 2023 and was featured at Dutch Design Week 2022 – a call to action for inclusive and child-friendly cities.
Serah holds a Bachelor of Architecture(B.Arch) degree from Academy of Architecture, Mumbai. Her college thesis titled ‘Deciphering Play:Exploring affordances in social housing’ has been recognised in the COA and IIA Awards of 2021. She is a practicing architect,currently working with SJK Architects in Mumbai on a hospitality project in Tirupati. She has previous experience working with Mobile Offices and interned in Malik Architecture. While her main passion is designing, she takes great delight in exploring the city and traveling in her leisure time.

enjoys crafting experiences, created through
design. With a keen eye for reinventing public
spaces, she has worked with architect firms in
Chennai on a variety of projects ranging from
conservation of heritage buildings, to
commercial spaces and interior design.
Sushruti has an undergraduate degree in
design from Srishti School of Art and
Technology, with a focus on public space
design and is passionate about creating
engaging spaces for people of all ages.
